Dividends and Reinvestment

AUTOMATIC DIVIDEND INVESTMENT PLAN: Shareholders may participate in our reinvestment plan whereby all dividends and distributions are automatically invested in additional Bancroft shares at the lower of market price or net asset value. The Transfer Agent for the Plan is American Stock Transfer & Trust Company. Their phone number is (800) 937-5449. CASH PAYMENT PLAN: Plan participants may also voluntarily send cash payments of between $100 to $10,000 per month to the Agent, to be combined with the funds of other participants, to purchase additional Bancroft shares in the open market.
